Support and research to reduce blindness

Founded in 1843, Switzerland’s Fondation Asile des aveugles supports visually impaired people and conducts research to reduce blindness in the world. With a team of more than 600, the foundation advances visual health – offering diagnostic, treatment, and support services to people with impaired vision, from childhood to old age.
