Change can’t wait 167 years. 

Rio-based Instituto Identidades do Brasil (ID_BR) is working to ensure it doesn’t take that long. A pioneer in advancing racial equality, ID_BR conducted groundbreaking research that found Black and Indigenous professionals would need another 167 years to experience the same opportunities for entry, growth, and leadership as their peers if progress continues at its current pace.  

Rather than accepting that reality, ID_BR is driving change through its Yes to Racial Equality Campaign, helping organizations transform workplace cultures and expanding pathways to leadership.  

With a goal of bringing anti-racist education to 100 million people by 2030, ID_BR is proving that data, innovation, and collective action can help accelerate a more equitable future. Contribute to their mission through their American Friends Fund at Myriad USA.
