Improving access to healthcare in Kenya

Safari Doctors believes that access to healthcare is a right, not a privilege. An award-winning social enterprise, it provides locally-led healthcare solutions for marginalized communities in Lamu County, Kenya, reaching up to 2,000 patients monthly. A $85,572 grant from its Friends of Safari Doctors will enable the organization to boost its medical care services in the country’s most remote areas.
