France’s Secours Catholique cares for vulnerable people
November 9, 2021
Created in the aftermath of WWII when poverty was thriving across the country, Secours Catholique-Caritas France supports vulnerable individuals experiencing unemployment, precarious housing, family conflicts, and homelessness. It relies on more than 63,000 volunteers and a staff of 900 to execute its challenging mandate. As one of the largest NGOs in France, it seeks new support through its Friends of Secours Catholique-Caritas France.
