Empowering communities in Guatemala

Founded in 1989 and led by women from marginal areas of Guatemala City, Fundacion Esfuerzo y Prosperidad (FUNDAESPRO) promotes community development—with special attention to health and education for vulnerable groups, including youth, indigenous people, and mestizo women. Friends of FUNDAESPRO is now open to gather support for programs that aim to improve living conditions and empower underserved communities.
