Destigmatizing mental health in Greece

Nearly 80% of people do not seek mental health support when they need it, due to stigma and shame. Based in Greece, Breathe focuses on building resilient communities by creating self-care tools that can be used at home. The Friends of Breathe granted $53,390 to support its efforts to simplify access to professional mental health care.
