Emergency Relief: 7.7 Magnitude Earthquake in Indonesia

August 19, 2026

A powerful 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck Indonesia, causing widespread devastation across East Nusa Tenggara Province. More than 70 people have been killed, nearly 1,200 injured, and tens of thousands displaced as communities continue to experience frequent aftershocks. Homes, schools, health facilities, and essential infrastructure have been severely damaged, and landslides and blocked roads have hampered rescue and relief efforts. Many families are sheltering in tents and makeshift camps with limited access to food, clean water, medical care, and sanitation.

Myriad USA is activating its DisasterLink network to support trusted local organizations leading disaster relief and recovery efforts. Donations made through this campaign will be directed to each organization’s dedicated fund and help provide immediate humanitarian assistance, including emergency shelter, healthcare, hygiene supplies, psychosocial support, and other lifesaving aid.

Our current response partners are listed below, and we will continue to assess other organizations as the situation unfolds.
